We traveled to Seattle, Washington in 2012 and while there, we went to the Experience Music Project also known as the EMP.
This is a fantastic activity for people with disabilities. This facility is very spacious and has large elevators. The facility has a "family bathroom" where an attendant could assist someone.
The EMP does have audio tours of the exhibits. At the time of our visit, there was a splitter that allowed us to use one audio unit and Alissia could control the audio system for both of us. This offered great assistance since I am unable to operate a wheelchair and the audio system at the same time on my own.
